At Zannatone we believe exercise should be enjoyable and accessible to all, but  it’s not just about getting fit, it’s also a great way to boost your mental health and connect with an amazing community!

Our classes, from high-energy HIIT to calming low impact Barre, help reduce stress, improve mood and build confidence. Movement is a powerful way to clear your mind and feel your best. Plus, our friendly non-judgmental community spirit makes every workout feel like a positive escape where you can support others and be supported in return. Fitness Pilates

Show your body some love with Fitness Pilates! A challenging class focusing on alignment, spinal health, core strength and more.

Barre

A class inspired by Ballet and Pilates.
We use props like small hand weights and resistance bands to help reach your goals in this low impact class. 

Pound

Workout. Rockout!

Feel like a rockstar as you hit your sticks together and make some noise in our super-fun Pound class.

What types of classes do you offer?

We offer a variety of classes including Totally Shredded, Fitness Pilates, Barre and Pound. Every class is suitable for all fitness levels.

What should I bring?

Please bring water, a sweat towel if you'd like to and depending on the class you are attending, a Yoga mat if you have one.

Spare mats are available to borrow and if the class uses equipment, such as hand weights or resistance bands etc, these will be provided. 

And of course, bring plenty of energy! 

What should I wear?

We want you to feel comfortable and confident, so please wear whatever you can move easily in and makes you feel good! 

Leggings or shorts with a T-shirt or vest top will be fine.

Classes such as Fitness Pilates and Barre are "no trainers" classes and we suggest grippy socks if you would rather not workout in bare feet.

Where can I park?

Our Felixstowe, Kesgrave and Inspire venues all have car parks with the exception of the St Mary's church hall venue where there is plenty of side street parking nearby.

How much do the classes cost?

We want exercise to be affordable for everyone which is why we keep the prices as low as possible. We are very flexible and can take bookings on a pay as you go basis or you can book your sessions in blocks if it's easier for you! 

Each class is just £7 per person with the exception of Barre which is £36 for a 4 week block or £10 to pay as you go. 

How do I book a session?

To secure your place at any of the classes please get in touch either by WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram messenger or by using the contact form on the website. 

We will then send you the booking details.

This form needs to be completed before you attend your first class. 
Once payment has been made and the form completed, you're all booked in and ready to go! 

I don’t have a great fitness level, can I still come along?

Yes! 

We understand that everyone has to start somewhere so we try exceptionally hard to make the classes as inclusive as possible. 
Low impact options and modifications are offered at every class. 

What is your cancellation policy?

If you have booked a space on a class but can no longer attend, we are more than happy to roll the booking to the following week provided you let us know at least 24 hours before the start of the class. 

Please note, cancellations can only be rolled over for a maximum of 2 weeks.
